I filmed and edited a mic’d-up feature with referee Izzy, capturing the game from the perspective of the person officiating it.

The goal was to give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the communication, decision-making, personality, and pressure that come with being a referee. By following Izzy throughout the game, the piece highlights a side of basketball that is usually experienced from the outside.
